Graduate Student

I am interested in understanding how earth and environmental processes influence the distributions and diversification of invertebrate groups. I use genomic and phylogenetic techniques to investigate these questions in both marine and terrestrial environments. My current research focuses on the southern hemisphere velvet worm family, Peripatopsidae. Originally from New Zealand, I received my Bachelor of Science from Yale University with a concentration in Geobiology and Paleontology. I love natural history, science communication, and being out in the field.
